Photography / Image & Representation

/ PHOTOGRAPHY

In this course you work with photography in two focused sessions: one in the alpine landscape and one exploring abstract image-making.

Both sessions use digital photography. You bring your own camera โ€” whether it is an older compact digital camera, a contemporary phone, or a professional DSLR or mirrorless system.

In the mountains you explore light, atmosphere, scale and framing. The landscape becomes your material. In the abstract session you develop constructed imagery and integrate AI-supported post-production into your workflow.

/ FOR WHOM

This course is for you if you want to seriously begin working with photography or return to it with new clarity. You do not need advanced technical skills โ€” what matters is curiosity and a willingness to look closely. Whether you are just starting out or coming from another artistic field, this course gives you space to build a solid photographic foundation and develop your own direction.

/ FORMAT

You produce new work during the program, take part in group discussions, and receive individual feedback. The results are presented in the final collective exhibition.
